At Miamerry Studios, we want every order to arrive safely and correctly.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please send clear photos/videos of the item and, where possible, the package and unboxing.
After reviewing the issue, we may offer:
- A replacement at no additional cost, or
- A refund for the affected item/order.
If the issue was caused by an error on our part or damage during delivery, we will handle the return shipping where a return is required.
Missing Items
If something is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos so we can resolve the issue.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or if a DIY kit has been opened, used, painted, or altered.
Refunds
Once an approved refund is confirmed, we will contact you regarding the refund method and processing time.
For COD orders, refunds will be made through an agreed electronic payment method.
